You can only stay there for one night, no more. The area is quiet.

The apartment is in a completely different place - on the outskirts of the city on Augu 24 Street. From the reviews I understood that the apartment is not in the place where it is stated. After completing the booking, I wrote a request to the owner so that he would show me the real location of the apartment. But I received a reply that the information would be available only on the day of arrival. This is not normal! I did not plan to live on the outskirts of the city. Cons in the apartment itself: no shower gel, no shampoo either; there is only hand wash gel. There is only one towel per person, nothing to wipe your feet with, no rug near the shower stall, no washing machine - total discomfort! The bed creaks. There are no towels in the kitchen, not even paper ones. There is no Wi-Fi at all, how is this possible in the modern world? The owner does not take negative reviews seriously and does nothing to improve comfort! I do not understand those people who unjustifiably give a rating of 10 ...

It was clean and spacious

The property is not located at the listed address. It is located approximately 1km away in a regular soviet apartment building (3rd floor). We were travelling with elderly persons, so this was inconvinience for us. While it is not a big deal, we chose this place specifically because of its location and host did not communicate prior that it is located elsewhere.
