"We did not stay there"

Nothing. The place is under construction.

When we eventually were able to get into the building, we got a shock. The place is being renovated and it is under construction. We could not see when we got inside. We had to put Mobile torches on. We felt very unsafe. There were hanging wires and exposed building materials. This place should not be advertised for people to stay at all, let alone on their holidays. We had to leave went looking for somewhere else to stay. We contacted the owner more than once to get our money back, she refuses to do so. We are also disappointed in Booking.com for allowing such a place to be advertised on the website. booking.com were not able to get our money back either. We do feel that Booking.com should be responsible to give us our money back.

"Despite excellent location no value for money for relaxing long weekend"

The location of the apartment is perfect - just few steps from the main square and in the middle of the lively part of the city with lots of restaurants, bars and small shops. Unfortunately this was the only thing that can be valued.

Extremely loud construction works (driilling, hammering and loud talks of workers) held every working day from 8 -8:30 a.m. in next door apartment, sometimes just on the opposite side of the dividing wall. So the information received from the owner that the construction works were held "nearby" the apartment doesn't correspond the reality at all. The entrance and way to the facility looks like in a squat (holes in the walls with uncovered electrical cabels, scaffolding props etc.) There was no "breakfast" available in the accommodation, despite advertised - just wrapped (not very fresh)croissants, rancid "hotel type" butter as well as different jams and little tetra pack juices. The only useful breakfast thing were Nespresso pods.

The studio was clean and well-equipped, situated very close to Gran Via. Also, a very responsive owner is a huge plus (it turned out useful when we had a problem getting in the studio).

The sofa for the 3rd guest was very uncomfortable to sleep on (not a problem when there are only 2 persons staying, though).
