A localização

Ficamos sem água quente no primeiro dia para tomar banho. Só descobrimos na hora que faltou a água quente que cada apartamento tem um limite de litros. Estávamos em 5 pessoas e acredito que os inquilinos que saíram pela manhã devem ter gastado um pouco e quando fomos tomar banho a noite, apenas 2 pessoas conseguiram usar a água quente (Madrid estava com a temperatura de 2° Celsius). Acho que isso deve ser informado às pessoas que estão indo se hospedar.

"Nice apartment good for a short stay"

The location was amazing, there was everything in the apartment

The structure needs some renovation, the towels were smelling bad and the structure was a bit dirty. The check in was a bit stressful. We're 5 and the space, once we open the sofas was not so much.

Posizione centrale e calore dell'appartamento. Camera matrimoniale ben curata.

Bagno senza finestra e acqua calda poco duratura. Poco spazio a disposizione con i due divani letto aperti. Divani letto non troppo comodi (specie quello più piccolo)

La ubicación ya que estaba muy cerca de Gran Vía

Tuvimos un problema durante nuestra estancia, la primera noche se rompió el termo así que de los 4 días que pasamos allí, 2 no tuvimos agua caliente. La limpieza también dejaba mucho que desear.
