Cozy Apartment at Jardin Manaure

Amazing location in a very nice area with great bars, restaurants, and fresh markets nearby. The apartment is cozy and clean, and the balcony is perfect to have your coffee in the morning. The pool is better than you can imagine!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem tollen Pool! Die Lage ist recht ruhig und nicht zu weit von der Metro. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (und noch mehr) und sauber. Für uns war es perfekt, wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten immer draussen sitzen. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es drinnen einen Tisch mit Hockern.

Terrace, cleanliness.

Clean -- the apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained. The toilets and bath were clean and the bed was well made. Location -- excellent location if you want to visit the Santiago Bernabeau (15-20 mins walk). It also has good access to bus (5mins walk) and metro (10 mins walk) Approachable -- The host was always readily available over text. The keys were ready for me to pick-up on arrival. In room facilities -- the apartment has a tv and a decently equipped kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Chamartin.

Noise -- While the area isn't too noisy, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear what is happening around you. Garbage disposal -- The host asked me to take out the garbage, which was fine, but I did not know exactly locate where though she did mention it. I had to take it out to the property bins on the street. Expensive -- while the property met all my expectations, I did find it on the expensive end for a small 1-room apartment.

Very good location only a 10 minute walk from the Bernabéu and the host will do anything to help

In the summer the reception staff can be a bit rude but it’s not the hosts fault as the host is AMAZING!!!
