Très beau emplacement, métro, bus et plusieurs commerces à proximité. Appartement spacieux et propre. Le propriétaire très à l'écoute et rapide pour répondre aux questions et aux demandes

Trop bruyant, il y a beaucoup de commerces autour ce qui est bien mais aussi un inconvénient . Il y a du bruit toute la nuit jusqu' au petit matin.

הדירה הייתה ממש במרכז סול.

הגענו 5 אנשים ( זוג הורים ושלושה ילדים). היה כתוב שיש 3 חדרי שינה אך בפועל היו רק שני חדרי שינה וספה מול הטליויזיה שנחשבה כחדר שלישי. קיבלנו רק 4 מגבות רחצה למרות שאמרנו שאנחנו חמישה. לא היה קומקום ולכן נאלצתי כל יום להררתיח מים בסיר כדי להכין שתיה חמה. ביקשנו מבעל הדירה קומקום, מסר שיטפל בזה אך פשוט נעלם ולא הביא. בעיה מאוד רצינית הייתה שבחדר המקלחת לא היה ניקוז של המים. אחרי המקלחת המים יצאו מחוץ לשירותים ואפילו מחוץ לדלת הבית כי השירותים היו קרובים לדלת הבית. הודעתי לבעל הבית, אמר שיביא מישהו שיתקן ופשוט שום דבר לא קרה. מסתבר שהבעיה הזו קיימת מקודם כי ראיתי תגובות שמתייחסות אליה. בעיה נוספת שאין מגב כדי להסיר את המים, נאלצתי להעביר מטלית כדי לסחוט את המים. היה ממש קשה. יש הרבה רעש מתחת לדירה, נכון שהדירה באזור מרכזי אבל לצערנו היינו קמים בשעה חמש או שש בבוקר כי מבלים בפאבים היו הולכים הביתה בשעות כאלה והרעש היה מאוד חזק. המזגן בסלון לא עבד כמו שצריך. יש חדר שאין בו מזגן בכלל. יש מאווררים. למזלנו בתקופה בה היינו לא היה חם מדי.

Just “location”, but not that much, in central area, VERY noisy 🥲 thin windows and walls.

A/C does not work properly, after long day, the desire is to rest. 40c ( 104F) but because the a/c do not cool the apt. (Very old units) Is impossible. And let’s no talk about the bathroom problems ( showers don’t drains, be careful the water do not spill out of the shower.

The host was very attentive and really did pay attention to out needs and was very communicative and flexible. The apartment is very well located close to the plaza and easily accessible. The space is great with enough room for the 5 of us.

the reason we rated it low is that it is on a party strip with a club across the road and the noise was unbearable we barely slept. There was people yelling and police came past many times with the sirens which made it impossible to sleep on some nights we also didn’t venture out too late for this reason. Unfortunately we are a family who were doing tours during the day so it didn’t suit that we could not sleep probably more for young people.

Have a two full bathroom, kitchen, washer, and living room.

Once the toilet tissue is gone no replacement, at bedtime customers still partying downstairs. The window doesn’t not have double window to shut. Just the noise when people partying until 6am. If you leave your family inside the apartment don’t lock using your key otherwise they can’t get out.
