Большое спасибо за кофе. Квартира студия, есть всё необходимое, душ, туалет, двухспальная кровать, холодильник , посуда и т.д. , чисто, уютно, выход на главную площадь, рядом много исторических памятников, хозяин постоянно на связи, решает вопросы, но при этом не навязчив. Нам с женой очень понравилось, если будет возможность обязательно вернёмся.

Muchas gracias y felicidades a Joaquín, el propietario, estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo (vía wasap). Nos facilitó dejar las maletas el último día. El apartamento está en puro centro de Madrid. Limpio en grado máximo. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario.

El portal, el ascensor y los pasillos del edificio necesitan una actualización urgente. El baño del apartamento es un poco pequeño, pero suficiente.

Great location. Great place. I enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again in the future.

Central location and great facilities

Posizione in perfetto centro, la casa è pulita, e in condizioni perfette e nuove.

L'apartament està molt ben situat i té tot el necessari per a l'estada. Electrodomèstics nous i que funcionen molt bé. Molt net. És tranquil perquè dóna a un carrer lateral i el propietari sr. Joaquín dóna molt bona atenció i molt amable.

La il.luminació es podria millorar. En tractar-se d'un pis alt, no hi ha gaire pressió d'aigua.

Great stay overall! The apartment is great and very well-maintained. The location is excellent — all the main attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Check-in was very easy, especially since we arrived late at night — everything was clearly explained in advance. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. The only small note is that the bed is slightly smaller, but as a couple staying for two nights, it didn’t cause us any issues. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this place!
