Charming and bright apartment

Everything Wonderful location Cleanliness Fully furnished , even the kitchen The view from the 5th floor (Access with elevator) The most important thing during Madrid winter, the appartement is heated by radiators so very comfortable. . A/C also available. Soundproofing of windows

The location could not have been better but also the apartment itself was perfect size for 4 of us.

Just the lift in the building as it is quite narrow and I felt claustrophobic but that was a very minor problem

Location was good - right on the HopOnHOpOff bus route which was useful. Close to several cute restaurant areas. Unit was very clean and functional. Host Luis was 5 stars. Helpful - prompt in his responses - a treat to deal with.

Unfortunately between the time we booked and the time we arrived they had covered the building with scaffolding and were doing upkeep and painting so that was a bit of a negative that we weren't prepared for... but ... that being said the location was good - the host Luis was over the top friendly helpful and quick with his responses and the rooms met our needs for our short stay.

The additional stairs you have to walk up to get to the extremely small elevator . In addition the building was under renovation and scaffolding was covering the windows

Arranged keys etc beforehand, the host was very helpful and the apartment was in a great location!

We were notified (after we had paid!!) that there would be scaffolding up on the property! Although this isn't the fault of the host we would have appreciated being told well before. We couldn't open the windows or use the balcony doors and had workman walking past our windows!! the aircon in the bedroom didn't work well and there was only a fan in the other bedroom, we would have cancelled if we had known this before as it didn't make it a pleasant stay for the 4 of us!

Large rooms with good facilities. A very comfortable apartment in great location. The host was very responsive and provided excellent communication.

The only problem we found was each of the showers didn't drain very well - otherwise everything was great.
