We informed the owner it was a mother/son staying, but no sheets were provided for the sofa bed until we had to ask, and he told us it would be an additional €25. The sofa bed was broken, and the owner had to come out to make it operational. A window did not have a shade, and the owner had to come out to put on a shade. There was no working streaming service on the TV as stated in the write-up of the apartment. The bathroom door does not close properly or lock. The sensor light in the hallway would stay on for hours, and we had to reach out to the owner and Booking.com for assistance. The hand soap in the bathroom was not filled up and ran empty. The cleaner needs to check these things for future bookings as a cleaning fee is charged. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, and very few amenities were provided. There is a smell outside of the apartment in the entrance way due to the cistern. WE WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

it was fine for us, but others may find the road noise bothersome. I would appreciate a clothes hanger at the entrance.

+ Great location on edge of city with very good bus and metro at Batan only 10 minutes walk away. Casa de Campo Park on doorstep is an absolute treat for nature lovers and dog walkers, it is huge and wonderful. Public parking is available outside although it gets scarce later in the evening. Jesus the owner appeared very friendly and helpful on Whatsapp. Couple of good supermarkets a short walk away. Good value accommodation in a major European capital. - Noise from adjoining major road is very significant, 24/7. If you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs as sound proofing in the accommodation is poor. 60 euro additional fee for our dog was the highest we have paid on our trip for a pet supplement. The other hosts charged from 0 to 30 euros a week for our dog to stay. The steep basement style staircase access is a challenge for older dogs and people with mobility issues too. Needs a drying machine as no outside area to dry washed clothing. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the property as a clean and good value option for Madrid if you don't mind permanent background road noise.

The staff is very good. I checked in earlier.i I left my phone in the apartment when leave.. The managementcalled me and organised the delivery. I appreciate their service.
