The elevator is very small and slow. A bit of trouble accessing the apartment with the app initially.

The apartment was well located beside the beautiful Retiro park. The metro station was a 5-minute walk, which made it easy to get everywhere. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed to make our trip complete.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning apartment. The space was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The facilities were excellent—well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, parque del retiro a stones throw away and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. It really made a difference having such a thoughtful and professional host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

"Excellent apartment, very comfortable, clean and in great location!"

Very easy, the owner just provided us with a code that we had to use on the app.

There was some issues with the app during all days and we couldn't open the door for the entrance of the building. But if you take the keys with you, you will not have any issues.
