Lokalizacja i wygodna forma odebrania i oddania kluczy do mieszkania. Zapas papieru toaletowego, mydło do rąk o ładnym zapachu. Płyn do mycia naczyń i gąbka.

Brudne i niezgodne ze zdjęciem otoczenie ( okopane ściany, brudne zacieki w szafie oraz na stoliku, duża ilość kurzu na żaluzjach, zepsute okno w pokoju - brak możliwość uchylenia, cieknący wężyk przy słuchawce prysznicowej, grzyb na silikonie pod prysznicem, luźna i obdrapana klamka drzwi do łazienki, wisząca na kablach żarówka w łazience, niewygodne łóżko, plamy na zagłówku łóżka, głośna lodówka, brudny piekarnik - dym i smród podczas nagrzewania, zepsute pokrętło temp. piekarnika, pajęczyny przy suficie w kilku miejscach, ODCISK buta na suficie nad łóżkiem) 2. Czosnek w lodówce po poprzednich lokatorach. 3. Brak ręcznika papierowego lub ściereczki do wytarcia naczyń.
