Cozy Residence Melaka

The property was spacious and clean in general. Well situated near Jonker Walk and many local eateries. The view is awesome

Loved this place. The apartment is spacious, clean and well located. Below the apartment there is a shopping mall where it has a decent selection of restaurants. And to top it off, our host was a very responsive and nice lady. I wish I could've stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

The location is very good. Its near to all sorts of kedai makan and walking distance to Jonker Street (15 minutes walk) The host is very helpful and friendly, reponse to text very fast as well & very understanding. She even has a box of plates and cutleries for her Muslim guests. All the instructions given were clear and easy.

Price was reasonable for a 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean, standard items like towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee were provided just like hotels. Dinnerware, cutleries, etc also provided so it felt just like home which we prefer compared to hotels. There were toys and books for the kids too! Overall, it was a pleasant stay and Ms Chew is very nice and friendly and even accommodated to our request for a slightly later checkout time. Location is also good as it’s linked to The Shore mall which has ample food options, Starbucks and stores like Mr DIY, Miniso and a few other stores although the mall is probably only 50% occupied. Other shops and Jonker Street are also not that far away from this residence. Will definitely book this apartment again when I’m back to Melaka :)
