Nice apartment built with wood. Good rooms, kitchen, candles, view to the mountains. All in all it was a good stay despite the mentioned cons.

A busy road right in front of the house. Not stable electricity, which seems to not always manage the normal usage like cooking + washing. Leaking shower cabin, leading to the water in the bathroom.

"Perfect home in Mestia - all you need for a comfortable stay"

Great location, nice view, comfortable rooms. We were able to book excursions with our host. it was a very good value for money and we really felt at home. Would stay there again when I am in Mestia.

It was not a problem for us, but the spiral stairs may not be for everyone, especially if you have a lot of luggage

"Charming Mountain Apartment"

Lovely mountain-style apartment. Clean and well-maintained. Friendly and welcoming host. Well equipped kitchen, great for longer stays. Convenient parking right by the accommodation.

Many winding stairs to climb (we stayed on the second floor), which might be a bit challenging for someone. But it wasn't big deal for us :)
