Marco's apartment -ideale per Venezia-

Marco is the kindest host I ever dealt with. I am usually very careful but for the first time ever I have done a mistake and ruined his sofa with a hairdryer. The host was beyond generous and we found a middle ground. Not even once Marco was upset and reasurred me everything is okay. I can only recommend Marcos apartment to everyone. The location and the area is very safe as it falls under Carpenado that is one of the best places in Mestre. There is a store few minutes away with all the food you need and its nice and silent. I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would come back if I had the chance. So if you are planning to go to Mestre, surely take a look at this place.

Location is perfect to reach Venice, just 4 stops by bus. The apartment was clean, had enough space for storage. The owner, Marco was attentive to ask our needs. There were some food for breakfast and cold drinks in the refrigerator! Overall, good place to stay!

It would be great to have a dishwasher. There can be some detergent for washing maschine (may be one capsule for each stay). The water in the shower was so unstable, from warm to too hot or cold in seconds. We have a small child, it could be problematic if we were not careful.

Very nice location, well equipped cozy apartment. Supermarket and bus stop just around the corner. Parking is extremely easy without cost. Claudia and Marco are very attentive!

Outside the beaten path of Mestre but excellent connections to Railway, Treviso Airport and to Venice Lagoon. 30 min bus ride with 24/24H to Piazzale Roma

Lots of mosquitos in Venice window insect nets would be a great improvement, especially for the kitchen and bathroom.

In a nice area a very easy short bus ride from Venice. Marco always available to answer any questions we had quickly and efficiently. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay with a large supermarket just around the corner and some lovely local bars for an Aperol Spritz! Highly recommended

The Location was the highlight… by one bus you can easily be in Venice for about 10 minutes… it was close to supermarket and the apartment has everything to cook yourself or to feel at home. we were in a round trip and we stayed in venice for 3 nights which the best decision we made was Marco‘s apartment ,,,far from the crowds and easy to enjoy more

The location is very well located, close to the shops and the bus station. The apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with Marco.
