The host was super friendly. First of all she let us now before arrival that the skiseason was delayed and we were allowed to cancel the booking free of charge. We decided to come and go for some hikes. She gave us really good recommendations. Then she provided us with new towels when we asked for it and she brought us with all of our luggage to our new place. Overall a really nice and welcoming experience. As well the room was really cosy and had all cooking facilities we needed. The balcony had a wonderful view and the room was very comfortable.
