We had an amazing week at the Ancient Luxury Home. The villa and outdoor space are beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with all the comforts you could possibly need, set in a perfect location for exploring Sicily. Francesco is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have a great stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. His thoughtfulness and hospitality are remarkable. It was all around a wonderful vacation and we would highly recommend the Ancient Luxury Home. Francesco, we appreciate and thank you for everything! We will definitely come back.

Everything was great including the host Francesco, the house was very clean, the facilities are great in the house too, AC in all the rooms, TV in all the rooms ( with kids this is a great bonus) , pool are is also nice.

The door for the parking is too narrow. We had a bigger sized car and could barely pass through.

When I booked this property, the reviews I read were "pictures don't do the place justice" and I am back to report that, indeed, the pictures do not do it justice. It was spacious (very), clean, and beautiful. The home's design gives you an experience you won't get at a hotel. As an added bonus, the host was awesome and very collaborative. He reached out before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything met our expectations (which they did). He even sent us a list of recommendations, things to do, and places to eat, which was soooo helpful. If we're ever in Sicily again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

The garden is amazing, as there is both sun and shade, which in August is a must have. Most rental property just have pools completely exposed to the sun which are not suitable for little ones. This pool is by far the best design I have seen as it has both sun and shade. The pool was the perfect temperature and it s really relaxing as it s surrounded by tall leafy trees. The host kept everything spotless. The communal area are a delight for parents as you could really relax as everything is fenced and enclosed. An incredible luxury is to swim as a couple while the kids are chilling in the pool annex room safely (and in the shade. The room also has aircon but we didn’t need it) There is a fabulous room with sofas, tv and well stocked fridge with water and juice and an excellent coffee machine which made the pool stay even more enjoyable The house itself is a dream, with frescoes on the ceiling in the bedroom and living room. Really stunning decor. The host also chose really fine paintings and everything my is just top quality, from the elegant coffee cups to beautiful furniture and a stunning oak floor that was a pleasure to walk on bare feet and made you feel like a king. We also loved the balconies and enjoyed watching a bit of the evening buzz of Corso Italia (although it was not noisy and the house is really soundproof)

The property is of a very high standard. We loved everything! Perfectly located for excursions to Etna, Taormina, giardini di Naxos and we could even fit a morning deep in the pool or we could still cool down in the pool after our day trip as the pool has good lighting. Everything is nearby but the property is still very quiet and relaxing. The host was extremely kind and helpful with any query and wish we had, it s very clear they run the villa as a passion and are very committed to make your staying unforgettable! Thank you so much for being the best host. You guys really are in the right job

The location was not touristy. small town. People were very friendly most did not speak English but this wasn't an issue because we used google translate. 6 mins walk to groceries and less than 10 min walk to train station. Lots of patisseries near by. The accommodation was very clean. The hospitality of our host and great communication made our stay exceptional. Francesco helped us with organising our transport to Etna land too.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly accommodating, offering flexible check-in times and allowing us to extend our stay. The apartment itself is very spacious, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a television, which made our stay even more comfortable. The interior is stunningly beautiful and impeccably furnished, providing everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The beautiful pool and relaxation area were highlights, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal, serving as a great base for exploring Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment was very bright and spacious and was equipped with everything you could think of, including wifi, washing machines, ac and tv in every room, all kitchen appliances..etc. The owner, Francesco, was very helpful and did his very best to accommodate our every request. We were travelling to attend a wedding and Francesco let us use the apartment well before the check-in time so that we were able to get ready at no extra charge. Additionally, one of our family members had mobility problems, and Francesco was also willing to offer further arrangements to our benefit. Thank you Francesco. Moreover, the property is centrally located in a street full of shops and restaurants. Nonetheless, the property is very safe.
