La ubicación, el confort, la tranquilidad estando tan céntrico..la limpieza. Todo en general.

No tengo nada que decir. Aún estando en el centro no tuvimos problema para aparcar.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Muy céntrico y muy bien comunicado con muchísimos servicios.

El apartamento para seis personas no es cómodo. Es un apartamento para cuatro personas no para seis, ya que tan solo tiene dos habitaciones y un sofá cama qué es incomodísimo. Pueden mejorar algunas cosas.

La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento es muy cómodo y limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. No conocimos personalmente a Pablo pero siempre estuvo atento a nuestras consultas. Sin dudas, altamente recomendable.

Al ser una ubicación céntrica, el aparcamiento puede complicarse. De todas maneras, hay parkings públicos en la zona. Recomiendo bajar la aplicación ElParking

"Perfecta estancia en el centro de Gijón"

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, muy limpio y dispone de todo lo necesario para tener una estancia más que cómoda. La cocina está muy completa y las estancias son realmente cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta para pasear por el centro y el edificio es super tranquilo.

Las calles que rodean al apartamento son bastantes ruidosas.

"A very nice apartment in Gijon"

This is very nice apartment. It is clean, spacious & comfortable. The kitchen equipment was all provided but I wish there had been a kettle. The location could not have been better. Just a few minutes from the front door to the beach or the shops.

On Booking.com it says there is private parking. We were directed to the public car park which is just across Avenida de la Costa. I booked online & got a discount for the 6 day stay. There is not a reception desk. On the app it said we would be met at the property . We were not. Prior to arrival we received instructions about how to get in & find the keys on the kitchen table. The instructions did not work. When I telephoned Pablo for help he doesn't speak English & we had to wait for someone else to call back. We eventually entered the apartment after several WhatsApp messages, photos & videos of the apartment door and electronic lock.
