"Céntrico y práctico."

La ubicación es increible. En el mismo casco historico, unas vistas privilegiadas. Además cuenta con aire acondicionado y menaje para cocinar.

Creo que podria haber mejores instrucciones del uso del aire. Por otro lado, deberían revisar la presión del agua caliente porque el chorro de la ducha y de los grifos era mínima. La lavadora no funcionaba, finalmente no avise porque estabamos de paso, pero también deberia echar un vistazo. No hay escaleras, aunque lo pone en el anuncio. Y se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle principal ya que la ventana no aisla al ser un edificio tan antiguo.

La ubicación, es la mejor posible. Por la noche no hay ruido y vas caminando a todas partes. Hay supermercados cerca. Si quieres estar en pleno centro, es el apartamento ideal.

Las instalaciones, muy justitas en general. Cuidado si alguien tiene dificultad de movilidad, era un tercer piso sin ascensor.

La ubicación era ideal.

Todo estupendo pero si hay que ver algo negativo (cuesta encontrarlo) seria lo siguiente. Al estar en el sofá las ventanas tienen filtraciones y el aire acondicionado al estar tan arriba no llega a bajar la calor, ya que sube.

Tres bon sejour

Juste pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas monter les escaliers, l appartement superieur a 78 escaliers , si non tout est nickel.
