Sakara Miyazu

charged me $220 cleaning fee for pets even though their booking.com listing says pets were allowed. The lady who checked me in saw my cat and didnt say anything until i checked out and made me pay.

the basin in the washroom felt little small.

Owner is very accommodating and reply fast. Location is good, close to Amanohashidate and ideal for day trips around Kyotango. Good facilities and there is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor which is great.

the place is neat and super clean. we are very comfortable that you would want to stay in bed the whole day. the host Yuko san was very understanding and helpful. we could have missed our flight but she guided us although out.

Yuko's employee waited for us even if we were a bit late. She does not speak english but Yuko is reachable on her phone. She was very kind and understanding, and even called a few restaurants for us. The location is in an area of Miyazu with many traditional restaurants.

Perfect room with kitchen, bath and toilet separated, air conditioning. Nice old time house but renovated in modern style. Loved this!
