Modern Central Apartment Building

Appartment in great location with much potential if it weren‘t for so many things not working.

* The checkin process is messy with an additional bank transfer needed * Some of the facilities that are in the pictures and listed under „property facilities“ are exclusive to individual appartments, e.g. the garden * The roof top terrace is a mess of broken glass and chairs * The ventilation and AC does not work * The toaster is broken and blows the fuse * The coffee maker is missing vital parts and thus does not work * The three chairs all have loose or broken legs and can only be used with caution if at all * Some towels were really dirty * The table cloth had holes and was crossly dirty underneath * Although the appartment suits four people there are only two knifes * The power outlet in the bedroom is broken * The shutter in the bedroom is ripped in two and not functional * There was a party going on so hard with people screaming for their lives in the middle of the night * Mold in the bathroom * Badly soundproofed front door that makes you stand straight in your bed when the resident neighbour gets her newspaper at 6 every morning We contacted the manager about the broken things, had a rather unfriendly Whatsapp conversation where they agreed to fix things but in the end we only got three new towels but nothing was fixed.

The location was excellent. The size of the apartment was really good, lots of room for 7 of us and a small garden area outside was a plus.

We had some trouble with the key for the outside door, however the host was quick to come and meet us and remied the problem. The walls on the corridor up could do with a freshen up and a shortage of bowls. However, these were small issues and overall was excellent.

Location is great, just near the center. The building is nice and has the elevator. The apartment is spacious and light. Hosts are responsive and willing to assist.

The apartment is not maintained in the best way, and with a little investment it can be very good. A minimum of things is available, only towels that are not the cleanest, one hair dryer that does not work, one soap for 2 toilets, damaged chairs and a table, a kitchen hood light that blinks every 10 seconds and can't be turned off. Fortunately, we were only passing through for a short time and I would not recommend it for a long stay. Hosts require the bank payment for the tourist fees about 10 hours before arriving to give you the check-in instructions.

Comfortable and good sized apartments. Fairly good value.
