"Bad"

The owner tried to charge us for a damaged door that was already broken when we arrived. Fortunately, we had taken a photo of it immediately upon arrival. Additionally, the owner refused to send an explanation by email despite our request (as messages on Booking.com often get lost, especially with multiple bookings), which made communication difficult. The 1.0 rating is due to an attempt to extort money and threats of involving a lawyer.
