A moins de 500m du Lac de Constance, 700m de la gare de Lindau-Aeschach et 1,1km de celle de Lindau-insel ou de son port , avec des bus à 10mn pour être en 10mn à celle de Lindau-reutin, l'appartement est très bien situé. On peut aller en Suisse, en Autriche et bien sûr en Allemagne, autour du Bodensee ou ailleurs très facilement. Il est aussi équipé d'un lit King size, la véranda privative couverte et fermable, pour les appartements du rez de chaussée, est très agréable pour se détendre et prendre les repas en profitant du jardin. Le quartier est très calme et l'environnement reposant. La balade au bord du lac pour aller ou revenir de l'île de Lindau est super. Il y a des pistes cyclables et des cheminements piétons partout.

"modernes, gemütliches Appartement im Grünen"

Die Ferienwohnung ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet. Man kann dort gut zur Ruhe kommen und ist dennoch nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Der Bodensee ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Die Ausstattung ist für ein paar Übernachtungen ausreichend. Ein Besen + Kehrschaufel wären gut, damit man zwischendurch kleine Verschmutzungen unkompliziert selbst wegfegen kann. Schade ist auch, dass sich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Aber wenn man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad anreist, kann man schnell alles erreichen.

Nice quiet location bordering a park with lots of birds and a squirrel, close to the lake and just a short walk to Lindau island. Lovely and warm (it was cold outside!). Very clean with nice solid and well proportioned furniture. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful, giving us a lift to the station at the end of our stay.

No view of lake from the window (I think a glimpse of it might have been possible from one of the upstairs rooms?). The toilet was a bit high for both my sister and I.
