La posizione era veramente ottima per potersi spostare tranquillamente a piedi nel centro della città. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nell’indicarci il modo giusto per arrivare alla struttura con la macchina.

La camera abbastanza datata, il materasso purtroppo molto scomodo, faceva rumore ad ogni movimento ed era affossato al centro. Il piatto doccia del bagno non era del tutto pulito.

La Casa del Centro è un'ottima soluzione se volete stare nel centro di Modena. È appena defilato, in via Carteria, e si può andare a piedi dappertutto. Praticamente sotto c'è anche un ottimo bar-birreria (Slanzi) dove appoggiarsi per qualcosa da bere. L'appartamento in sé è piccolo ma c'è tutto, compresa una cucina ben accessoriata e tanti libri da sfogliare. D'estate il balconcino interno è sicuramente molto piacevole da avere. Abbiamo solo avuto un piccolo problema col wifi, che peraltro il proprietario ha prontamente sistemato di persona, rapportandosi con cortesia via messaggio. Son cose che fanno la differenza quando si dorme fuori casa, quindi a lui vanno i nostri ringraziamenti.

Forse è un pelino caro? (Comunque ultimamente è rincarato...tutto)
