Our stay was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions provided in advance. The place was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. The location is great, just a short walk from the train station and most of Modena’s main attractions — though walking might be less convenient on rainy days. The host was also very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. Overall, a great experience!

Comfortable beds, clean, great wi-fi, secure, staff were very responsive to any questions/concerns. Bottle of wine and soft drink for kids, snacks and coffee great addition. Great to be able to wash/dry our clothes.

Had a bad smell when we entered but it aired out ok. Being close to train station and Enzo Ferrari museum was great but a little out of town (15 min walk) if you wanted closer access to good restaurants/bars etc.

A good sized and very comfortable apartment, handy to everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. Modena is a great place to base yourself, with plenty to see and easy transport links

It’s a very nice apartment with more comforts than you normally expect. 2 TV’s, 2 air conditioners, washing machine and microwave. And there is a nice view from the kitchen table. There is a beautiful park next door. The duomo is a bit of a walk or you can catch the bus. The arrival instructions could be much simpler. I don’t want to download another app on my phone. Fortunately they can unlock the door remotely when you arrive.

The location was great and very close to the city centre (walking distance). Flat was spotless and had everything you need. Little things like kitchen towels, salt/pepper, oil for cooking, coffees (even essentials for ladies) are made the stay even better. As you travel to the apartment (not hotel), usually you are not expecting any of the above. Also air cons were spot on as we travelled on very hot days. Across the road there is a little Eastern European shop called Mix Market which had everything you would need food wise for the house. 100% recommended.

Beautifully furnished and spotless. Very inviting and the host was so responsive and helpful. Very secure apartment and in a quiet area and yet close to Modena train station. Really loved this apartment - well equipped.

Everything about the property was above and beyond. Super clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you could need. The bed and pillows were comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine available to use, bathroom was spacious and the only one in Italy we stayed in that actually had a good lighting. The hosts provided very detailed and helpful information on accessing property which was super easy! Location to train station and Ferrari museum were perfect... only a few minute walk to each. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Modena.

Nothing really about the place or their communication as that all was great! The only thing is there are not a lot of restaurants near by so maybe some suggestions on good places to go could be helpful.
