Luminoso, amplio, bonito, modernizado (sólo el apartamento, el edificio no), camas cómodas. Temperatura muy agradable. Agua caliente mas que suficiente del calentador.

Limpieza justita, campana extractora aceitosa, microondas y horno con limpieza muy mejorable. Encontramos colillas sin limpiar en la terraza y en la barbacoa. Asa del microondas rota. Una persiana del salon no bajaba. Escasa cuberteria, tuvimos que pedir mas. No pudimos usar una de las duchas porque no se podia regular la temperatura. Un WC se movia y desprendia olores. No habia pinzas para tender y el tendedero plegable estaba medio roto. No se podia aparcar con facilidad los dias laborables.
