Location- property clean and tidy with all facilities that you would need.

There was no heating or hot water on arrival - had to call host to advise. She visited promptly and resolved the problem quickly.

The location for our needs

Cleaners had forgotten to top up utilities were not working and was very cold tap was stuck on off the smoke alarm beeped all night

Large, fully equipped apartment

Some light fixtures missed their bulbs; heating system acting up in the middle of the night (en detail: radiator thermostats started to bang the whole house awake...)

There were lots of cobwebs and spiders The beds were horrendous and not comfy We couldn't get in because we didn't get a code for the key safe, we had to chase for it Very nosy road

nothing absolute dump

heating broken front window broken it was damp very dirty no lights

Was a lovely clean place everything we needed will stay again
