It wasn't the 3 bedroom that we paid for. The third bedroom was not a third bedroom, but a bed next to the stairs.

Great location for us. 1km walk to the harbour and shops etc, down the hill. Spacious main bedroom. Few provisions left in the cupboard helped out with the couple of meals we cooked. Always nice to have that. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner provided were great. Overall we had a great stay for the Festival of Voices. Thank you.

Winter is what it is, but because of the cold the window condensation on the slanted window upstairs ran down and dripped onto the bed. Luckily just one person in that double so he slept on the other side. Not an issue for us but no handrails on the staircase. Definitely not for those with mobility issues or with small children. The bath is lovely and very deep, but getting in and out of it to shower was a bit of challenge - again an issue for those less steady on foot. The shower screen had a gap down it so water ended up all over the floor so we had a very wet bath mat and I couldn't seem to get the tumble dryer to work. No pan scourer so when we caught porridge on the bottom of the pan it took ages to clean it up! Personal preference but the main bed was too soft for me. Would suit those who prefer it softer! Sounds like a long list of complaints, but just to highlight things that could be useful for others!

The lack of proper cooling of the third floor was unacceptable. Stairs didn't have sufficient hand rails.

Very clean, nice big bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, fairly central location. Comfortable lounge room with smart TV.

Bathroom door lock doesn't work, needs attention. Also the heater in the master bedroom didn't seem to work, so we had to carry the heater downstairs from the top bedroom which was difficult for us as mature ladies! The light comes in from the little window up in the top bedroom early in the morning which isn't ideal. The stairs were quite steep and tight. Ok, but definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The place would be ideal for couple with 2 or 3 kids to use the top level for the children. The top bedroom not great for anyone tall! But the bed was fine. We booked very last minute, so we were relieved to find somewhere and management were good, cleaner was very nice! She was finishing off as we arrived as we hadn't been expected.

It was very cold weather during our stay and the heating wasn’t adequate in the lounge area

Great property, clean and tidy set on 3 floors (so if you don't do stairs not for you). The kitchen was great, tv and wifi were excellent. Cafe across the road was tops and a short walk to Hobart city center.

Maybe new main room bed that wasn't so bouncy.

loved the location and all the amenities. lovely host.

no parking and parking was costly $24 per day!! stairs a bit steep with kids but doesn't affect stay.
