MELVINGTON BOUTIQUE APARTMENT IN HOBART CBD o

Property was clean, well equipped kitchen(We could have had a few more coffee mugs). Anyways we brought breakfast from right across the street. Stay was quite comfortable. Heated floors in the bathroom and around the home saved us as it was cold when we visited in November.

I think Wifi works great, some intermittent issues or the speed wasn’t great.

Fantastic location, fabulous facilities... although double glazing or thick drapes would be a great upgrade due to the traffic light/beeping noise. The 3 levels were well equipped and spotless. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

Street noise.

Location was great for us. We walked everywhere. We each had our own comfortable clean bedroom. The bathroom had everything one would need.

The TV was apparently new and wasn’t tuned in and due to the floods in Victoria we were keen to watch the news on the night of our arrival but we’re unable to. Everything else was great

It was everything we wanted. A great stay in a great location.

Really central location with most things within a 10-15 min walk. Really well set up town house with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Super comfortable, easy to access and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is only a couple of minutes from most car hire places so easy to pick up/drop off a hire car. Amazing pastry shop 'Queens' directly across the street.

If you have any mobility concerns, the internal stairs would be challenging to use. A bathmat in the shower would be great as that was a little slippery. We unfortunately couldn't turn the TV up in volume so needed to add the subtitles :)

Great location. Clean apartment with all the amenities we needed for a family weekend away.

Limited car parking on the street with time limits. Nice quiet location on the weekends, but very noisy on a weekday when the mechanic next door opens early in the morning. Squeaky floorboards and stairs throughout property also.

Parking was a little difficult as it was metred parking during the day.

The loungeroom and the fact its across the road from where you'll get the best doughnuts you've ever had!

Range hood doesn't work and water pressure in bathroom was terrible. The stairs are very steep and you must be careful.

The location was very good and close to attractions. We easily found the property and it exceeded our expectations. I was surprised with how quiet the apartment was considering it was on a corner. Dave is also a great host. We absolutley loved our stay and would stay there again.
