Beautiful view from the apartman, easy to approach the city and the restaurants by walk.

The sinker and the shower head doesn’t worked at all. There was no hanger in the whole place, and the washing machine doesn’t worked as well. The bathroom is unexpectedly small. Unfortunately, they don’t allow to you to check-out later than the usual 11.00 am, even if you let them know your intention a week before the booking.

Facilities were fine. No a/c which would be no problem except a festival of some sort was going on our last night and there was considerable noise until five am

The apartment is located right next to the city centre. There's a lot of night life around it. It has all the amenities needed for a short trip. The apartment is a great choice for a short trip

There was no ventilation and a lot of humidity. Our apartment was on the ground floor, however opening the window wasn't an option because there were no blinds or any barriers, visual or physical, with the street.

The location was perfect. Everything is on walking distance. Vibrant street just down the road with some nice restaurants. Highly recommend Café O Corvo for a dinner nearby (a bit hidden, so use google maps). The accommodation looks exactly like the images.

We stayed for 5 nights and only received 1 set of towels. It was super hot so showering in the morning and evening was needed - we asked if we could get fresh towels after 3 days, but we had to pay for this (it was cheaper to buy some). For 5 nights I would expect the room at least to be cleaned maybe once and to have towels replaced (or provide enough for the whole stay upon check in). The room is small and gets very hot, which we read from previous reviews so we were prepared. We thought opening a window at night would be a nice solution, but you cannot, as the window opens to the inside, without curtain, leaving you sleeping right on the street. You can only keep the windows closed (also for safety). There is a tiny fan but it wasn't very helpful.

I gave 3 stars for what was good - location, kitchen & easy self check in

1. The cushions were filthy from both sides. And they were placed on the clean sleeping pillows 2. The room in the pictures & in reality doesn’t match. The walls are dirty & some parts are falling apart. So it definitely needs a repair or at least changing photos so people can be prepared 3. The room is ground floor & it’s extremely stuffy, the windows can be open for a small draft, so at night be prepared to sleep with open windows which are face to a waking path or don’t sleep because of no air 4. The shower was broken & impossible to use. We texted the manager who wanted to arrange the workers from 10 to 6 but as we had only 2 full days In Portugal we didn’t want to waste out time. The earlier feedback also mentioned same problem with the shower which the manager probably ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this booking for your holiday In Lisbon

The customer service of the Lisbeyond team was amazing, speedy communication, super helpful & their restaurant tips were great! Make sure you go try ‘Estrela da Bica’ 👌👌 and locally grab some empanada’s at Union, and a cocktail at Quattro Teste, also 👌👌 Location was great, cute spot close to touristy things but also some authentic type restaurants & bars; but quite quiet (noise wise) Kitchen had everything you need if you were going to cook/prep meals.

The only downside was the heat, no air con & only a small fan, and no bars on window (ground floor) so couldn’t get much fresh air, which meant restless nights. A few more coat hangers, and a clothes line would have helped. Everything else was great!

They sent me the pass codes to enter the property on my own, and when i came in, I discovered the empty lock box 🤣 the worst thing was that I traveled around 30 hours to get there, and then having to wait for another half an hour for somebody to bring me over the key, really pissed me off. I heared later the same thing happened to another lady, she was calling them and describing the situation, so it's probably happening often Also, the property is not easy to find, and you can't really approach it by car. If you go there by taxi, they will put you out far, and you have to climb up the stairs with your suitcases, which I don't recommend, it's exhausting The stuff wasn't helpful at all. Honestly this was one of my worst experiences
