Appartamento grande e spazioso.

L'appartamento è bello ma privo di servizi. Assente sapone, asciugamani (abbiamo dovuto richiederle), portarotolo, ganci in bagno. Uno dei grossi problemi è l'assenza di riferimenti, non c'è un numero di telefono a disposizione, quindi la comunicazione è solo attraverso Booking. Insomma, potrebbe essere da 9 ma con una serie di cose da migliorare.

Apartamento cheirando cigarro, ar-condicionado não funciona e limpeza ruim. Existem ventiladores em todos os cômodos, o sistema de ar nao deve funcionar ja tem um tempo. Mesmo nesse calor, acionamos a Inkeeper e foram nos enrolando até o final da estadia. Além de cinzas de cigarro no apartamento, o escorredor de pratos estava cheio de lodo e o sofá estava manchado. Péssima experiência.

l'appartement est très propre et bien situé. Bonne communication avec l'établissement.

Good location. Clean.

Air conditioning didn’t work! Too hot in summer to not have the air conditioning not working.

Location was good - not far from a range of metro stations. Lots of shops nearby. Bed comfy, sofa comfy, has fridge and freezer.

Only two small pillows per bed, some towels had stains. For four people staying there were only two mugs, two forks and two spoons. Some of the light fittings were hanging off. Dishwasher didn’t work properly. Flat not cleaned very thoroughly - had hair on the floors and beds. Had to collect the apartment key from a way down the next road and also drop it off again on leaving. Would have helped having a lockbox outside the apartment entrance instead to save carting luggage around.

Location is perfect. The apartment is spacious. Modern, comfortable.

Only mattress/bed was not so comfortable. American services was not so clean we could not use it. It would be great if they had a toaster. against all negatives, I can still recommend and would prefer to stay again but when I check the availability and price for our next visit in September we saw that the price is two times more expensive, that is why we won4t prefer it this time.
