Estefânia RoofTop Apartment - Lisbon Center (NEW)

The location was good and fairly close to the places we needed to visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We had some problems with the air conditioning.

Great size apartment with lots of light. 2 bedrooms which came with 2 bathrooms which was a huge bonus. Lovely coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods to use.

No instructions for washer/dryer and it was very tricky to work out. We could not get our clothes dried which was very annoying and was one reason we selected the accomodation. We had to go to a laundromat. You can only get into the apartment if you meet a host who has to talk you through some instructions re the apartment. This is a bit old fashioned and it meant having to keep in regular contact re time of arrival. A lock box would sort this and a book of instructions. Plug in main bathroom didn’t work. We were also asked the exact time of checking out so the host could come to the apartment. The rules are check out by 11am and we didn’t know when we wanted to leave. We explained this and were advised we could leave the keys on the table. We were sent a lengthy message for everything to do to checkout including putting the garbage out. I found this a bit rude given the money we paid and the fact cleaners come in as soon as we leave.

Location was fantastic, the host was very friendly and brief

There is only one A/C unit, this is a problem if you're not used to sleeping in a hot country as the bedrooms heat up a lot at night - otherwise had no complaints.

Loved it! We were here for 9 nights and it was amazing. Beautiful decor, modern and spacious and cosy comfortable furnishings, wonderful historic building, great location, lovely neighbourhood, very quiet and peaceful street, close to fantastic restaurants, shops, transport. Lovely management team who gave us great recommendations. Close walk to all the major sites and if you get tired, just use BOLT taxis and it only cost €2-3 euros to get around the city. Highly recommended this apartment and we will definitely be back.
