En general todo muy bien. La ubicación bien y el apartamento y el acceso bien.

La cama bien, pero el sofa-cama es más incomodo, sólo fueron 2 noches, pero para más creo que es incomodo. El aparcamiento es complicado. El portal huele especialmente mal. Huele mucho a tuberías al entrar, aunque lo bueno es que luego en el apartamento no huele. En la calle había gente continuamente rebuscando en la basura y los contenedores, aunque la zona parece segura.

Lamentable el fortísimo olor a humedad de la vivienda. Una cosa muy desagradable y perjudicial para la salud. Creo que no se debería alquilar un apartamento con esa problemática sin haberla solucionado previamente. Al llegar a casa toda la ropa, maleta e incluso neceseres llegaron oliendo a humedad.
