Good location near Rossio metro except the long flight of stairs upwards to reach property.

Very bad host experience: Marta rushed us to check in because she was in between places to rush to check in other guests elsewhere. She was sarcastic to say many guests chose to take the metro instead of taxi. She said she didn’t know we carried such big and heavy suitcases and her colleague didn’t advise us of the long flight of stairs. For the check-in, we sat at the sofa trying to catch our breaths from the luggage handling by ourselves, but all she cared was to follow her around to check whether I know how to open/lock the door and windows which I felt was very unnecessary as it was a ridiculous insult like I look so stupid that I don’t know how to do so. I rather she explain how to use the dishwasher instead because she didn’t cover it at all after I later found out the digital manual was all in Portuguese. The house was full of flies when we entered and that was an immediate huge put off. She insisted they are flies who flew in from outside when it was obvious they were flying inside all along. I killed 4 flies by myself after she left. It would have been much better if the host could be more empathetic host to tired guests and not so presumptuous. Her haughty tone and look of disdain on her face constantly made us feel she was like a school teacher talking to low intelligence beings rather than paying guests.

Someone (The thief ) was entered my room and opened my suitcase and stole my iPad. Without broken door or window.

Fast and easy to get the best places around the city, great location and very kind and good staff

Beautiful little home in an amazing location - perfect base for exploring Lisbon. Hosts were super helpful and kindly met us for a late check in due to our late and delayed flight! Very appreciated.

A few extra touches would be helped such as a full length mirror, extra towels (we stayed for 5 nights), more toiletries, but not major issues.

The property was only a short walk to tourist locations. The bed was comfy and the property was clean, the A/C and WIFI worked well.

The property was located in an area that didn’t feel very safe at night. The walls in the property were thin and there were locals living upstairs who argued every day of our holiday early in the morning. There was also a lot of noise from other neighbours so overall it felt very noisy.
