No air conditioning No maintenance, many things in poor state. Minimal furnishings Mould in bathroom and on shower curtain Shower head not fixed etc

"Great place in Lisbon"

Location was great and the complex was very clean

Not at all the fault of the establishment, there was no AC and it was very hot in Lisbon. However, they did provide Fans that made it bearable

"Nice apartment but the parking ticket ruined our stay and the rental car company wouldn’t help us deal with it."

We were moved due to a hot water problem but the group was very accommodating to give us a new location. (We still had cold showers as they had not turned the water heater on!) We parked in the provided garage and in the morning we parked on the street long enough to drop off the garage key but we received a parking ticket anyway. What a rip off. Don’t park on the street in Lisbon. If you do, hunt down the street for pay station. EMEL will watch you leave your car and then spring into action with a parking ticket!
