Sehr, sehr professionelle Vermietung und sehr guter Kontakt mit vielen Informationen. Wohnung sehr geräumig, neuwertig und modern. Mit allem ausgestattet, was für ein paar Tage benötigt wird. Unglaublich sauber. Tolle Matrazen. Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern und Küche/Salon, zentrale Klimaanlage. . Kleiner Außenbereich/Patio mit Tür zur dahinter gelegenen Parkmöglichkeit. Ja, es muss eine Kaution überwiesen werden, aber die Rücküberweisung erfolgte problemlos und schnell. Türschließsystem elektronisch über App/Link, ohne Probleme. Gute Anbindung per Auto ins Zentrum oder auch an die Strände von Motril und Umgebung. Im ganzen, habe ich selten so eine professionelle, komplette, gepflegte Unterkunft gebucht. Super!

Leider gibt es ein kleines Aber: das Viertel, in dem die Wohnung liegt, empfinde ich persönlich nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend und würde mich als Frau alleine dort nicht wohlfühlen. Sehr schade... Probleme hatten wir allerdings keine.

El apartamento súper cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.

La ubicación nos transmitió un poco de inseguridad al principio, y la playa está a un paseo, pero no hubo mayor problema.

El propietario de la casa fue muy amable y con cada duda que teníamos nos respondía al momento. La casa es muy acogedora y limpia, nos gustó mucho. Todo perfecto.

"Great apartment for exploring Sierra Nevada"

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was in a great location to explore Sierra Nevada and nearby coastline. The secure garage was very useful for parking my car and bicycle.

It is a requirement that you leave a 300 euro security deposit by international bank transfer and this is not something I have experienced before. I had some challenges getting my bank to approve this. However the owner was very understanding and we came to an arrangement.
