Arroios Urban Escape with Mezzanine

Great location

The design. It was very stylish, furnished with very fancy things!

There are literally no windows. The SMELL, omg the SMELL, mold everywhere. We have coughed, it was really bad. We wanted at leats to open our window, but there is one little card in the appartment where is written: “for your safety the door should remain closed all the time”! We have felt immedietly unsafe and of course concerned for our health, because its not normal to breathe mold without ventilation and oxygen supply. That was disappointing.

It was very clean

It was not warm enough

The property was spacious enough to hold myself and my friend comfortably as well as a few friends before heading out for the evening. Everything was clean on arrival. The location was extremely convenient as we had a number of shops, restaurants, and lookout points within walking distance.

The upstairs bedroom lacked privacy (more of an open floor plan without a door) but we managed just fine given the circumstances. There didn't seem to be any additional garbage bags in the flat from what I could gather, just in case we needed to empty the bins once or twice before we left.

Clean, comfortable

The unit had graffiti with foul language on front door on arrival. We would get ant-tourist comments from neighbors, which made us feel threatened. Called managers, and they made excuses, said it wasn't their responsibility. Asked to have it removed, but it was still there when we checked out. One of the bedrooms was very small and had no window. That bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable.

Equipment and location was great.

Only one window and no air condition so the air was hot and really not fresh.
