Penthouse was fantastic

Nothing!

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great stay. Place is well equipped and clean. We had a small issue with the swimming pool but it was addressed immediately and resolved. Parking right outside the building.

Kalkan is very steep and the uphill to walk back from town in tough and apartment is 2 floors up so rather difficult with suitcases and groceries. Kitchen was well equipped but needed a few small things like a decent salad bowl.

Perfect penthouse with great facilities, plunge pool fairly big, plenty of space outdoors and all utensils if you wanted to cook, bed comfortable and rooms were bright and airy, Tracey was a very helpful host and responded quickly to enquiries, I would definitely recommend this place and hope to revisit some time.

Loved the location of this spacious, modern very clean apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. Answered our questions really promptly and always eager to help.

There was nothing we didn't like!

As I was on holiday with my husband, sister & friend, we wanted 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and this was a perfect apartment for us. It was spacious, bright & airy, very well equipped & exceptionally clean. Tracey's communication from the start was always very clear, informative & prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The Penthouse was exactly like in the pictures. Immaculate, modern furnishings, clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfy. Plunge pool was bigger than what I expected easily fitted 4 adults and great to cool down in. Big supermarket 5 mins walk away and the main area of Kalkan an easy 10 minute walk down hill. Quiet location and doesn’t feel overlooked.

There is nothing I can say that we didn’t like about the property.
