"Great stay! Would recommend and come back."

Location is great - easy stroll to Alfama, supermarket and restaurants. Very clean. Host is very friendly and helpful. Easy free parking.

As many commenters mentioned, the apartment doesn't have a good natural airflow. But there is A/C and bathroom fans that can help fix that. So not an actual problem.

I think its great to live with your family, capacity wise it does accommodate everyone in the house but there are drawbacks

The bathroom that is not attached to the room is small, the house just has windows from the sitting room. Noone of the bedrooms has windows so it often feels suffocating. When we asked for extra toiletries, we were told that they only take care of the 1st 3 days anything beyond that needs to be brought by us. They didn't leave back dishwasher tablets or dishwashing soap or enough toilet paper. The toilets have a damp smell so a fragrance candle needs to be lit at all times. The mattress is old, unfortunately, it led to back pain over 5 days. The quality of the mattress can be improved.
