Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento está en el centro de la ciudad, pero la calle es muy tranquila y el apartamento silencioso. Es muy bonito y está cuidado. Los dos baños vienen genial, ya que tiene dos habitaciones con camas dobles. La cocina y el salón son muy grandes y espaciosos y tenian de todo.

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, que puede resultar incómodo si se lleva maletas grandes. Fuimos en invierno y aunque hay radiadores tarda un poco en calentarse el ambiente. Una de las camas está un poco hundida y es un poco incómoda.

We’re satisfied with our stay at this apartment!

There was a dust on the shelves and bedside lamps, we sneezed a lot. Not enough clothespins to dry clothes on an outdoor hanger. Room with wardrobes was not ready to be used (there were many bottles with cleaning liquids for or smth similar).

Ärliga säga lägenheten var antik fin och omkring vackert som gamla stad. Personalen i Lisbeyond team alltid tillgänglig, svara meddelande snabb och mycket trevlig. Så som vi skicka felanmälan om lägenheten personalen svara snabb. Det kände de vill hjälpa till.

lägenheten var välutrustat men mycket små fel inte bryr sig om såsom handfat kranen läckte vatten och duschrummet saknade dörren, vatten fortsatte att stänka ut ur rummet. I långsiktig det kan komma mögelskada på lägenhet. Själva jag tycker det är fastighetsägare är snåla, hyra ut lägenhet vill tjäna pengar men vill inte investera om lägenheten ordentlig.

Le bruit la nuit, pas de climatisation donc fenêtres ouverte, 1 ventilateur qui fonctionne, 1 chambre sans fenêtres.

Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko. Bez problemu można dojść do najciekawszych miejsc Lizbony. Jeśli nie macie ochoty chodzić, możecie dojechać, ponieważ miasta jest świetnie skomunikowane. Mieszkanie cudowne, z jego okien również rozciąga się wsaniały widok na tętniącą życiem stolicę!😄

Właściwie nie mam zastrzeżeń. Może tylko brak windy w kamienicy 😄

Only positive aspect about the apartment is the location, which is central.

The apartment has no ACs and is in a very old building on the 3rd floor without an elevator. While the information is in the description, it is buried deep within tons of information, and could be easily missed considering its significance especially if you're visiting Lisbon with your family in the middle of the summer!!! There was ZERO unoccupied closet space, and for a family of four, it was a disaster. While the location is central, it is on a noisy part of the street, and with windows that are not sound-proof and do not close hermetically, expect sleepless nights, especially with the heat and ONE standing fan only available in the apartment! The apartment is advertised as having a washing machine but existing machine appears very old and cannot be figured out from the first instance, so we also struggled there. There were only 2 toilet rolls in the apartment for a family of four for a stay of 4 night! Hosts were not too friendly and helpful. I requested to have the apartment changed especially that I had slight difficulty walking up and down the stairs without an elevator, and while the host promised to look and revert the following day, he only contacted me once same day, and his expected response the following day never came. There was a very bad odor and dust in the apartment appearing as if it wasn't occupied for a while. Generally, neglect and lack of investment in the apartment is very apparent. The host expressed complete lack of empathy and understanding. This apartment IS NOT RECOMMENDED!
