32 -Lovely 2 bedroom Apt in Principe Real

La ubicación, facilidad de acceso y contacto con el propietario. Cerca de parada de metro Rato y del barrio alto. Camas cómodas.

Las ventanas están para arreglar en algunos casos; faltaban algunos básicos como palo de escoba, papel WC y algún paño de cocina. El lavabo está un poco embozado. El parquet para renovar.

The location was great as it was close to the city yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was quite responsive whenever we reached out. The kitchen was well equipped too which was important to us. The living room was massive and was very cozy to rest in after a long day of sightseeing.

The wifi wasnt working well from time to time and for our preferenceses the pillows were too hard. :) And if you turn on more kettle and fan at the same time you are left without electricity xD

The property was a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit, so it was super comfortable and spacious for our family. We had 5 people for 3 nights and then 4 people for the remainder of the stay. Because we were there for a week, it was nice to have the space. There is a nice balcony where you get morning and afternoon sun off the bedrooms and morning sun off the kitchen. The host was very communicative and provided us with lots of helpful information. There was even an elevator which was nice to have at times. There was also a washing machine which was a bonus. We loved the area. It took 10 minutes to walk to the beach or downtown but it was quiet and away from the busy areas. There were markets and restaurants in the area.

The hallways were dark after the sun went down so you have to make sure you have a flashlight or phone with you (which most people do). Because we were there for 7 nights, it might have been nice to have a few more cooking supplies in the kitchen (ie. oil and vinegar, pepper, some basic spices), but otherwise most of what we needed was there.
