The best thing about it is the location and view. And the owner of the property. Mr George is very friendly and always available whenever we needed any assistance. He made us feel like home.

The property is located at a calm and quiet place with the sounds of nature (leaves rustling, birds chirping etc). The room was very clean with hot water facilities readily available. The host Mr George was extremely friendly and welcoming, it looked like he was welcoming family 😌. Good breakfast, well maintained room and close proximity to the Indriya caves where we can spent a 3 hours with family for an adventure filled day.

One of the best value for money accommodations I know of in Kerala. It is an apartment with two areas, large windows to the garden with splendid mountain views. Comfortable, quiet, super spacious. Abundant and delicious breakfast every day at the door. The trekking path to the tea plantations, not at all busy, passes right in front of the house
