Mannoor Farms Mountain View Stays, Munnar

Comfortable stay. Great location.

It’s exactly like advertised in the photos and the scenery is even better. Great water pressure, a thick comforter, and very modern. George can help book taxis to Munnar (about 30 mins, 550 rupees), hiking treks, and cooking classes! Dinner was 850 rupees for chicken, veg curry, chapati, and rice. Plan on staying an extra day just to enjoy the surrounding nature!

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The accomodation had everything we needed and was serene and relaxing.

Clean, spacious, and the home cooked food was delicious, we had lovely Kerela breakfast and they also provided toast for the children. It was a bit out the way from restaurants as we didn’t have a vehicle, however they provided us with home-cooked dinner for a small cost. George (the owner) was always on hand if needed, and was able to organise Tuk Tuks. The area was beautiful, lovely view from the room. It was very peaceful. We stayed an extra night as it was so nice. The Wi-Fi was great in the room. Large mineral water dispenser in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice hot water shower.

It was a little bit out the way from restaurants for us without a vehicle. However it was worth it, away from the hustle and bustle.

Mr. George was really nice and helpful. The views were amazing especially with such a nice weather where we were able to leave the windows open all the time without any mosquitoes except between 6-7 PM. The breakfast was typical Indian which was nice but would recommend adding more options like eggs for example.

The property looked different than the pictures and I suggested that Mr. George adds different pictures for the different properties, and he said he would have if we sent asking for pictures. The pictures show a really nice and renovated property while ours was not as neat & renovated as the one in the pictures including the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay anyways and loved the hospitality of the staff :’)
