Location is not like mentioned in Booking.com. It is 18 kms away from Munnar and needs to spent to 45 to 1 hr for travel. No other bookings and hence difficult to stay with a family. Property owner is collecting advance payment stating that there are more requests, but all the rooms are vacant. i visited the site and canceled my booking. But reviews are misguiding.
