Ku terraza PARKING

Fantastic apartment, very well equipped and furnished with exceptional attention to detail - like staying in someone's much-loved home, rather than a standard holiday rental. Large private terrace which our dogs loved. Secure private parking very close, with loading and unloading easily done right outside the apartment. Juan is the kindest, most thoughtful host. 10 minute walk into the centre of the beautiful city of Murcia, supermarket almost opposite with many other great local shops and bars moments away. Нам дуже сподобалося відпочивати в Ku terraza PARKING. Це надзвичайне помешкання зі своєю особливою атмосферою, ми почувалися як вдома, тому що там є все необхідне. Juan дуже привітний господар, він приділив увагу кожному з нас, розказав про місця, які потрібно відвідати в Мурсії. За додаткову плату надається паркінг в сусідньому будинку. Дуже рекомендуємо це місце!

Juan est un hote très accueillant, plein d'attentions et une source inépuisable d'idées de visites et de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est très agréable, décoré de manière originale, très calme avec une magnifique terrasse. Trèsbien chauffé l'hiver.

Die Lage ist super, um Murcia zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Alle Infos waren zunächst hilfreich

Das Zimmer war im Dezember kalt und klamm und wir verbrachten eine Nacht mit kalten Nasen. Die Heizung war nicht in der Lage die Räume ausreichend zu heizen. Der Vermieter konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Also reisten wir nach der ersten Nacht ab.

La atención del dueño y los pequeños detalles, como la colección de almohadas, las chuches, las cervezas en la nevera.... . Tiene parking privado cerca del alojamiento, cómodo y seguro para dejar el coche.

Not our 1st stay, nor last. Juan is an exceptional host and chef and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of extra services available on request (pick up, shopping in fridge, breakfast etc) which so few places offer. The house has absolutely everything you could want (appliances, wi-fi, games) and is so clean, warm and cosy for a winter stay. Despite it being winter, we still enjoyed time on the fully equipped, private, massive terrace. It is an oasis of calm but only a short walk to all local amenities, buses and the city centre. In the heat of summer, the terrace and air-conditioning, along with a seasonal plunge pool, make this place the perfect place to chill. We've stayed many places and this is our absolute favourite. Shame it was just a flying visit this time around but really appreciated the wonderful Christmas decorations throughout. Highly recommended!

There is nothing to dislike for us..no negatives at all

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche konnte man sich sehr gut versorgen. Der Vermieter hat ein gutes Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt und uns auch einen leckeren Kuchen gebacken. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit ein paar leckeren regionalen Snacks versorgt. Die Lage bot einen entspannten Spaziergang in die Stadtmitte. So konnten wir das echte Spanien erleben.

В помешканні тони всіляких дрібниць. Для тих хто цінує простір та мінімалізм таке б не підійшло. Судячи із картин та кольорої гамми це помешкання орієнтується на ЛГБТ спільноти. Мені як католику було не приємно від цієї атмосфери, хоча господар Хуан був досить привітним. За парковку потрібно доплачувати окремо, хоча вона знаходиться у дворі будинку, що досить необгрунтовано, виходячи із досить високої вартості помешкання. На дворі шумно від дороги з мотоциклами та автомобілями.
