Apartman Viktor

Nos gustaron mucho las vistas, las instalaciones perfectas y sobre todo los caseros nos dieron un trato genial. Un lugar perfecto para familias.

Location is perfect, next to the see with fantastic view. There isn't any trafic, and there's Čigrada beach in few minutes.

There is only one air conditioner but three rooms, it was really hot during the night. There is community space only on the two terraces. Knives were dull.

Location really close to sea shore, Two terraces on both sides of the apartment.

Poor kitchen: missing basic staff for daily use, I had to buy frying pan as one there was unusable, wine glasses etc... Missing table inside apartment for dining (two were outside but with temperatures 35-38 degrees no-one was able to stay outside for a long time. Info on the booking.com is that apartment got 120 square meters but it is maximum half of it - completely not enough for group of 6 people (4 adults, 2 kids). WIFI mostly doesn't work. Toilet from previous century. Air Condition only in one room so completely not enough for whole apartment. Apartment not worth money we paid. Parking on the property only for really small cars otherwise parking finishes with scratches on the car body. On the beach local people were shouting on us to leave as we are on private properties (even law regulation in Croatia is: 70m from sea shore everything is public). Better do not even discuss with them but directly call the police. Same with parking. Some near property owners built parking spots but still on the public land and do not allow them to be used by everyone.
