Kaunas City Center loft by URBAN RENT

Location is great. Very easy to get to the train station and a short walk to akropolis & Laisvės alėja The apartment itself is nice too with lots of light coming through the windows.

- there were cobwebs throughout the property particularly new the windows and the ceiling. - the couch is not comfortable at all because if you lean back it starts sliding forward into the sofa position. We couldn’t figure out a way to lock it into the seating mode. - the air conditioner made a vibrating noise every 60 seconds or so that was very disruptive while trying to sleep. - the washing machine is very loud. Would suggest only using it if you’re about to head out.

Location Property has potential to be lovely

It was dirty, appliances need replacing, air conditioning leaked over the bed! Was fixed but the bed wasn’t cleaned or changed following! Sofa is overused and stained as is bedding and pillows!

Das Apartment war extrem schmutzig (Staub, überall Haare, klebriger Boden, extrem viele Spinnen und deren Spinnennetze). Trotz Beschwerde wurde keine Reinigungskraft geschickt. Sehr enttäuschend, da man Sauberkeit als Standard erwarten darf.

Nice apartament, well equipped kitchen, parking place in front of the building and free of charge. Calm, silent neighborhood.

Stairs in the room is very dangerous without handrail. It is actually far from the old town citycenter, long way distance (30 min walking) next to the riverside.

Was in a really good location. I liked the layout. There was loads of storage space. The lighting was nice too. Access was easy too. Lots of little products you might need too which was nice. It was well laid out. Fully kitted out kitchen. Was next door to Nordes and on the same row as the massage place, hairdressers etc. Loads of parking if you take your car and there was a park as well if you took kids. Was really nice apartment. Suited our needs.

I would have liked a guide on the heating and how to work it. Also where the main bin area is as this was not noted. Washing machine was also very loud but there was a note about that. The phone number provided I messaged and didn't get a response.

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Nords clinic right underneath! Would definitely stay again.

I booked this for 7 days, I ended up staying for 1 night and then found alternative accommodation. It was filthy! I was having surgery at Nords, so location would have been good. It was so dirty I cleaned the place. Thick cobwebs and dust everywhere, hairs in the shower, ripped bedding, stained and sagging sofa covered in crumbs, crumbs and bits all over the floor. I cried when I got inside. If I couldn’t find alternative accommodation I would have cancelled my surgery as I would not have stayed there.
