Die Beschreibung der genauen Lage des Apartments könnte besser sein. Im Bad wäre ein neuer Duschkopf nicht schlecht (teilweise ausgefallene Noppen), einige Haare am Duschkopf, es könnte bisschen mehr wert auf die Sauberkeit in der Dusche gelegt werden.

A spacious apartment well located. The room is clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony facing a church is a bonus. Though not far from those bar areas, it is quiet at night. It is very close to the timeout market, also some local grocery stores. Easy access code to get into the property with clear instructions shared in advance. The host also shared the info where to use luggage storage service close by before check-in time.

Just FYI, though does not bother us, the room is facing north, so no direct sunlight.

The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfy.

The bathtub does not drain water properly so it floods while having a shower. There's a big humidity spot in the ceiling of the bathroom that could probably be fixed.

Excellent location, and very quiet at night. Spacious for three people. Very modern and comfortable. Building was easy to find and access.

Construction across the street was noisy in the morning. Not the property’s fault at all, just loud early.

The location was great and the property was as described.

It was very hard to get in touch with the property, I never heard back from them on all messages. I was looking for the luggage locker location they described and they never replied to me. Our last night we saw 5 large roaches in the kitchen and on the couches. I informed the property and still never heard back.

I liked the location as it was near grocery stores and restaurants and it was an easy pickup for the uber and bolt drivers. The area has a lot of bars and restaurants, but the apartment was soundproof so that was not an issue for us.

The bed was too hard for me

La posizione, la pulizia e la disposizione degli spazi.

Avremmo gradito due asciugamani in più. Mancava un pezzo della maniglia interna della porta del bagno. Sarebbe utile uno specchio in più, oltre a quello del bagno. L'unico disturbo è stato un rumore ricorrente proveniente dal bagno, forse il ricarico dell'acqua. L'assistenza diretta e fisica è sempre preferibile all'assistenza da remoto.

Perfectly setup apartment. We found everything we needed! Comfy bed and pillows too!!
