The apartment is well furnished, cosy and clean, the view from the balcony is amazing. The host is very kind and extremely helpful. The location is great, close to the town centre, with lots of markets, shops and restaurants nearby.

I liked everything! The apartment was great, perfectly clean, comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed, the location is also perfect. Loved the balcony and the view. Pelagia is probably the best host I have ever had - so nice, welcoming, caring and beyond! Thank you! :)

The apartment is absolutely great, there's nothing that you need or you can think of that's missing. The view is stunning and everything there is as advertised. The lighting in both rooms was more than enough, the balcony was cosy and having a coffee in the morning with the view to the Aqueduct is something you can't replicate anywhere else. Add to all these a very nice landlord (Pelagia) that made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from information well documented in a booklet to tasty fruits from her garden, all without being intrusive or anything. One of the best places we have stayed in the area, we will try for sure to come back soon!

A bit challenging at times to find a free parking space on the streets nearby on crowded days. However there is a big paid parking lot in the port area, 5 minutes walking

We were met by our lovely host Pelagia who contacted me and we arranged a time. She was very helpful. She gave us all the important information we needed, pointing out the best areas to visit, where to park etc. The accommodation was lovely with a fantastic view of the Aqueduct.

It had all the necessary amenities one could ask for, including air conditioning to beat the summer heat, a well-equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare meals with ease, and even a small laundry closet with a washing machine for added convenience. I highly recommend this apartment, known as "Under The Aqueduct Boutique House," to anyone planning a visit to Kavala. Its unbeatable location, stunning views, modern comforts, and Pelagia's exceptional hospitality make it the perfect place to stay. This was a great apartment with the most amazing view of the aqueduct from the beautiful balcony. The location is excellent between the fort and the new city so everything is within walking distance. Free street parking is available all around the neighborhood. The street spaces directly in front of the apartment were a bit narrow for our mid size rental car due to the narrow street but we found a spot just a block over with the help of our wonderful host, about a 2-3 minute walk to the apartment. A compact car would fit in front no problem. The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It had air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and also a small laundry closet with a washing machine. Pelagia, the owner, was awesome. She provided excellent advance arrival and parking info and welcomed us to her apartment and to Kavala. We highly recommend Under The Aqueduct Boutique House as the perfect place to stay when visiting Kavala.

The apartment is furnished with incredible love and very clean. The view is of course unbeatable and Pelagia is super helpful and lovely. Also the location to the city center and the port is within walking distance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! We had a great time and will come again! :)
