Cosy Seaside Apartment

The apartment is very clean and big enough for 4/5 family members, we were only 3 people and didn't use the living room and the connected veranda at all. The bathroom is a little small, especially the cabin, difficult to use when you weigh more than 80 kg. :), the shower with no pressure. The bedrooms were a good size and well equipped, only the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. There are enough utensils in the kitchen but no spices or olive oil, we had to buy everything, also kitchen and toilet paper. The owner is very kind, he left us a bottle of water and some nice fruits. Aircondition and wifi very good, the front road is quiet. The apartment is very close to the main sea ​​boulevard, but the apartment does not have any sea view. There is a beach almost oposite, bit not very sugested - full of stones. Of course, Kavala has amazing beaches, but they are at a driving distance. The central city beach is also nearby, we didn't go there but we saw it and it looks clean and well maintained. The walking distance to the central port with all fish restaurants and tavern is like 15/20 minutes, walking near to the see, very nice road.

No lift in the building, dificult for travellers with luggage to climb almost to the therd floor, with the specific surcling steps. Very Very dificult to park, the first day the owner find us parking, but on the second day I was going arround more than 40 minutes to find parking.

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos, the furniture looks very good and the bed was comfortable. There is an air conditioner in every room. The kitchen was in a separate room, we had a welcoming drink and water in the fridge. The balcony was big and comfortable. It is near the beach and the sea. The parking place is on the street, but sometimes you have to look around for a free spot.

There is no direct sea view from the apartment, the photos are from the nearest beach. The bathroom cabin is very small, and there was not enough hot water and the water pressure was low. It was explained that this was a preset to meet the Booking conditions,but it was not possible to take a proper shower, especially if you have long hair. If this is improved I would highly recommend the place for a stay.

Apartment is close to the center and to the beach. Apartment is good looking old fashioned style. The kitchen has everything we needed. The stuff is very kind and provide any information we needed. On the parking at the apartment always was free place for our car. Electronic devices like a TV or cooker and microwave worked very well.

The second smaller bedroom is in different style and has not enough comfortable beds for more days but for the weekend it’s ok. It should looks more similar to other parts of the apartment (maybe in the future). Because of the heater in the bathroom warm water comes slowly. This could be irritating but generally it’s ok.
