I would never recommend this apartment to anyone because it looks beautiful in the pictures, but in reality we were greeted by a broken bed, a poorly cleaned apartment, a balcony door that cannot be opened or closed properly, 3 cockroaches in the apartment, a hole in the floor over which they put door from the kitchen, water leaking from the sink in the bathroom, the smell of sewage from the bathroom, the apartment is in the basement, the first day when we called the agency that rents the apartment through booking, they didn't even hear us, until the next morning when we contacted booking, who pressed and they decided to send someone to fix the bed during the day, and there was a cockroach under the bed that we killed and put a glass over it as evidence, but the person who came to fix the bed took the glass away and they left the cockroach still under the bed . This apartment is not for rent or for living, it needs complete pest control. The only thing they fulfilled was that they returned the deposit we had to leave for the apartment, which is not even worth renting for free. We took pictures and recorded everything as evidence in case they don't decide to return the deposit. Our only mistake is that we didn't read the comments and realized that the apartment and the renters are a disaster. 

We were cheated because our deposit was not returned after 20 days! The host did not wonted to finde a solution for it!

Decent sized apartment. Very well equipped with lots of storage. Great location. Close to supermarkets, metro, tram stops or if you want, town is only 20 minutes walk. Easy Check in process.

Being a basement apartment it felt quite dark..The drains smelt. The TV was internet based and quite hard to work. Nice touch with the XBOX but you need an account!

If you like sewage smell, it's a great place to stay cause house smelling sewage always (plus mousture). Also, if you like to catch some cockroach, this house is a great opportunity to catch them all;) If you like to ruin your first day of the holiday, please meet with Jasmine, who welcomed us when we arrive. The house was not ready in our check in time and she kicked us from home after enter we entered the home saying 'You have to leave'. This is another great point if you like to walk with your bags in the street or leave them in the home with some strangers.
