The rooms were comfortable and clean

The apartment is on the first floor with steep stairs - there is no elevator, so it was a challenge to bring our luggage up. The apartment is underpowered. Every time we turned on an appliace, the electricity went out (e.g. electric kettle to heat water, or the stove, or the washing machine. The host also provided just 1 soap for the dishwasher even if we stayed for 3 nights, so we had to handwash all the dishes in the first 2 days. The host also provided soap for only 1 load for the washing machine (and the electricity went out in the middle of the wash) The wifi did not reach the rooms at the end of the corrider (those farthest from the front door) The middle bathroom smelled bad - bad odors were coming from the lavatory drain. We never met the host, communication was all via whatsapp. door access was via app - which could pose a problem if the guest has no data or the electricity is out

Status very dirty, no water at arrival, soiled very noisy

It was a very adequate apartment for the 7 of us. We could get our own space if necessary. The 3 bathrooms were a great bonus, esp as we were mainly women. Most of the beds were comfortable, too. Mine was for sure. The kitchen facilities were good. The owner was very helpful, although we never saw him as all communication is my phone or WhatsApp, but if you needed advice, he always replied promptly.

It would have been nice to have had someone to greet us and show us the ropes when we came to the apartment as it was dark and we were tired. Because I was tired, and it was dark, I didn't understand the swipe door opening system, so I found entry to the apartment stressful, but that was my error as there was a good demo video sent to be before arrival. I discovered how it worked the next day, which was so easy.
